Our Story
We’ve been in property since 2007. Starting with decoration, expanding into refurbishments, eventually investing in our own developments
That journey taught us what buyers actually respond to. It’s rarely the biggest changes that drive value, but the smartest ones – updated presentation, better condition, and move-in ready appeal.
But we also noticed a recurring problem. We saw agents struggling with properties that needed work vendors couldn’t afford. Good listings going stale. Value locked away because of a missing £10k investment.
