Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a few questions that we thought you may find useful

The vast majority of our clients are estate agents. We also have a number of letting agents as clients.  There are also other professionals that work alongside us.  Including auction houses, probate solicitors, architects, planning consultants and finance brokers.

Rental properties are very popular with a section of our investors.  They particularly request properties that can be used for … Serviced Accommodation (SA), Houses in multiple occupation (HMO), where the Landlord will let the property on a rent to rent (R2R) basis.

There are two main ways the email list works.  There are what we term “outbound emails” which is when you send us the details of properties that you would like us to source investors for. There are also “inbound emails” where we send out a geographical based email broadcast on behalf of our investors.  They will be looking for a particular type of property in a particular location.

Our service is free to estate agents, letting agents and other property professionals. We take a fee from our investor for sourcing the property on their behalf.  The vendor or landlord will pay you as normal.

Our our investors require property in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.   The major cities and surrounding areas tend to be the most popular.

This is a difficult one to answer as personal preferences differ widely.  The most frequently requested property types however are Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO), Rent to Rent (R2R), Serviced Accommodation (SA), Refurbishment opportunities, Below Market Value deals (BMV), and Commercial to Residential.

Once you subscribe, you will receive an email with a detailed list of the type of property we require.

But to summarise, the property should provide a good return on investment.

We would like to get away from the stigma that investors are only interested in BMV deals.

The strategies that our investor use both creative and varied.  It is definitely not a ‘one size fits all’.

Over time, we have built up extensive links within the property community.

Our investors include first time landlords, portfolio landlords, overseas investors, housing trusts and charitable organisations.

We do prequalify our investors before sending you their details.  However, we do advise you to do your own due diligence.

We typically provide the details of 1 – 3 investors per property.  However, introductions are normally staggered.
