Agent Connect is a small team of property professionals who have formed a collaboration in order to increase their reach. We specialise in connecting estate agents, letting agents and other property professionals with property investors nationally.

Originally, we only took on properties that we invested in ourselves. Therefore, saying ‘no’ to viable property deals that didn’t meet our criteria.

During this time, we came into contact with numerous investors who were finding it challenging to find good investment deals. Many of them were high net worth individuals who simply didn’t have the time or the know how required to find financially viable property deals. 

We also came across many estate agents who had good stock on their books, but their focus was on the first-time buyer market.  Much  of their investor stock was being snapped up by local investors, leaving out of area buyers feeling frustrated.  We also noticed a remnant of stock that was taking quite a while to sell, or not selling at all.

We decided to fill this gap in the market, creating a bespoke solution to these challenges. We started passing on the deals that didn’t meet our criteria to other investors.

Together we have many years of experience in the property sector including … property acquisition, management, investment, consultancy and development.  We are therefore well placed to connect the right investors with the right agents.

As a small company we offer a more personalised approach to our clients. For investors this means finding properties that meet their exact criteria. Whilst for agents it means we will only send you the contact details of serious investors.
