We're particularly interested in slow-moving properties, typically on the market 3+ months, where buyers walk in and are immediately put off by the amount of work required. Same feedback every time: "too much work required."

We handle everything from cosmetic upgrades: kitchens, bathrooms, windows, roofs, decoration, flooring, to structural concerns like damp and subsidence that mortgage surveyors flag. Each property gets assessed individually. If improvements can genuinely unlock value, we're interested.

Never. We're not estate agents and can't sell properties ourselves. We need you to list and sell every property. We support agents, we don't compete with them.

Absolutely. You remain the appointed agent from start to finish. You keep full control of the instruction, your commission, and the sales process. We work in the background. You stay front and centre with your client.

In our experience, the properties we work on do sell. Sometimes quickly, sometimes it takes a little longer. The improvements we fund are designed to remove the barriers holding buyers back. The vendor has no financial obligation while we wait for the right buyer.

The vendor pays nothing upfront. We only get paid from the uplift when the property sells.
